Have a home that needs work? Discuss your property with Yesenia and explore interest from her cash investor network. Cash investors can close in as little as one week, subject to property review, clear title, and agreed sale terms. Offers and closing dates are not guaranteed.
Free loan preapproval+
Yesenia and her loan officer partner offer free loan preapproval so you can understand where you stand before your next move. The lender reviews your eligibility and determines loan terms and approval. This form starts your request; it does not issue a preapproval. Your information is shared with her partner only with your agreement.
Credit guidance+
Credit outcomes vary; score increases and removal of accurate information are not guaranteed. You can dispute errors yourself for free.
